Luxury apartments respecting historical industrial harbor area

On a historical previous submarine base in Tallinn, PLH participated in the competition to transform the industrial harbor grounds into luxury apartment and commercial buildings. Respecting the heritage of the area, the project was restricted to only taking up a small among of the ground leading to narrow buildings on the bottom and wider on top. The buildings were designed with common facilities on the ground floor such as cafes and urban spaces. Luxury apartments were placed on top.
