Shopping with experience in focus

PLH was responsible for the design and client consultancy in the extensive refurbishment of six Tax Free stores at Copenhagen Airport. The project created a more inspiring and intuitive shopping experience, where travelers are engaged through sensory product presentations and clearly defined inspiration zones. The largest store features a dedicated Regionals Area showcasing Danish products, offering an authentic local experience. With a focus on flow, comfort, and experience, the stores have become places where functionality meets the joy of travel.
