Topping out at GF Forsikring in Odense
This week, we celebrated the topping out of GF Forsikring’s new central office for their national activities in Cortex Park, Odense – a key milestone for a building designed to bring people together and express the values of trust, passion and professionalism.

As both architects and workplace designers on the project, PLH is proud to deliver a workplace that supports connection, collaboration and well-being across all levels.
Shaped as an open atrium building with a strong architectural identity, the building is designed to feel inviting, encourage movement and offer facilities supporting GF’s club and industry activities. Slanted façades, warm materials and finely detailed brickwork break down the volume and create an elegant rhythm in the urban context. Inside, daylight-filled, calm workspaces, social zones and touchdown areas are flexible for future needs.
The top floor features multi-purpose, adaptable rooms with direct access to a large terrace. And at street level, the ground floor is open and active, with strong visual connections to the surrounding area.
The building is on track for DGNB Gold certification and features a lightweight façade system from the first floor up to reduce CO₂ footprint.
Kudos to AP Pension, GF Forsikring, Raundahl & Moesby and Sweco for reaching this milestone.
