With the transformation of the former commercial property on Holmbladsgade, PLH Arkitekter has been responsible for the main design, project follow-up and construction management of the project consisting of 21 condominiums and 9 penthouse apartments.

The transformation was carried out with the utmost respect for the qualities that characterize the old factory, paying homage to the building’s industrial past. The architectural values from the stylish commercial architecture of the 1920s live on in the new apartment complex, where the apartments are designed in New Yorker style with large windows, high ceilings and unique spaces.

The apartments vary in size from 83 to 142 m² - all apartments have 2 balconies and the penthouse apartments each have a 56 m² roof terrace. On the ground floor there is direct access the private patios. The apartments are flexibly designed with movable walls, so that residents can, to a certain extent, determine the room distribution and number of rooms.
