Consultancy services follow a carefully planned brief that developed in collaboration with the client. The brief can include an analysis of the needs, feasibility studies, budget framework, time scheduling, site assessment and building appraisal, and contractual and legal liabilities. PLH continually develops and revises the decision-making process for a given project, which often requires an assessment of the client’s internal organizational structure and change management strategy.
